In Lisbon, prices rise less than in the suburbs

Although in Lisbon we find the higher prices in the country, and there is still registered an increase, the municipalities in surrounding areas marked a more significant increase.

Despite the price for square foot in Lisbon is 2.154€, in the Metropolitan Area of Lisbon, the municipalities of Barreiro (6,1%), Odivelas (5,3%), Amadora (4,5%) e Sintra (4,4,%) are the ones who registered the highest increase in the second quarter of the year.

This situation can be explained by the lack of offer in the capital and for the construction of new enterprises in the neighboring municipalities.
