Regarding the granting of home credit, the value at which the banks evaluate the houses achieve a new national record value of 1.299 euros per square foot. However, the distribution is not even throughout the national territory. 
 
The values in Lisbon have been declining for the fourth consecutive month, after being registered a new maximum in May (2.254 euros per square foot). In Porto a new record reported (1.915 euros per square foot).
 
Concerning the remaining municipalities of the Metropolitan Area of Lisbon, where the housing assessment by the banks is higher, like in Oeiras e Cascais, is still documented an upward trend.
